Refund policy

At LuxeStyle, we offer returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.

✔ Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
• Photo and video proof is required before return approval
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

📦 Return Process:

• After approval, the customer must self-ship the product to our return address
• Return address details will be shared after approval
• Customer is responsible for safe packaging during return shipment

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Sale/discounted items (if applicable)

💰 Refunds:

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• COD orders may be eligible for exchange or store credit (based on case)

💡 Note:

We are a curated fashion store. Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
