Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, images, measurements, size chart, and available size(s) before placing an order. Orders placed after reviewing these details are considered final.

LuxeStyle reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, refund, or cancellation request if it does not meet our stated policies.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Change of mind
  • Fit, length, or style expectations after delivery

Any claim regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

LuxeStyle reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging.

Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
